While they aren’t engaged, Megan and Nick joined me for some snowy portraits and these two were awesome to photograph. I really enjoyed getting to meet them and photograph them. Despite it being cold, they were having fun and took every opportunity to cuddle up to each other! I think these snowy portraits among the pine trees are so cute and definitely showcase an Ohio winter. I love that Fatima did Megan’s make up giving her an extra pop of pink to her eyes and she was just GLOWING! Fatima is amazing to work with! First I met Becca and her mom in my old studio, then I got to meet little RC! Now I’ve gotten to meet the entire family!

The Vales family had an incredible Fall evening to hang out with me in the changing leaves and cool air for this session. RC provided us many laughs as I got to know each member of the family. The Vales are so lucky to have each other, in more ways than one! I love getting to photograph portraits for big families because each time I get to see a family together with their smiles, stories and laughter, it makes me so happy that THIS is my job!!!

Meeting Julia was such a wonderful experience. She is so beautiful and kind! She and her mom came from Mount Vernon to get her portraits taken near the woods of Alum Creek! I loved getting to learn more about Julia. She shared with me that she wants to have a career in the medical field and is currently working towards that goal. I am sure she will have GREAT bed side manner! She also arrive in this beautiful outfit that I thought was so classic, beautiful and flattering! Wearing a jean jacket, she was able to easily change up her look too! It was a brilliant choice!

When I visited Lauren and Dylan, I was expecting fields. Yes, I was expecting barns…. I was even expecting cows. BUT I WAS NOT EXPECTING THE PUPPY! Gah! Little Max is the sweetest boy. He was constantly laying at my feet and wanting the pets. I loved it! Lauren and Dylan have this sweet little family with their puppy and are planning their wedding! This little guy has been LONG awaited by his parents and their family! He has been named after his grandpas! (I love that!)

Many of little Jonathan’s images featured sentimental items. A hat and shoes from his grandpas, blankets from family members and a oneie that holds a quote that his parents fully believe, Jonathan was ‘worth the wait’!
