Matt and Alyssa's wedding day was beautiful and filled with so many genuine moments. Their friends and family took special parts in every aspect of their day. A friend hand designed the wedding program, another friend did Alyssa's make up, and more friends and family members pleased the crowd with special performances throughout the entire reception! Matt, who is also a firefighter, worked for days to clean up the local fire department's brush truck to feature in some portraits. The day was filled with personal touches that impressed everyone!

The Smithville Mennonite Church was where Alyssa's mom and dad got married years ago. Alyssa's father gave Jonathan and I touching insight on how he felt about his daughter's wedding day. He said 'Some years ago, I walked down this aisle alone and walked out married to her mother. Today, I'm walking her down this same aisle.' He got teary eyed and walked away. It was touching and heartwarming the small but precious gift Alyssa and Matt could give to her parents by being married in the same church!

After an amazing ceremony, the party moved to the Barnstone. An amazing barn that was perfect for a Spring wedding! Friends and family gave toasts, sang, and danced the night away. The groom, Matt, even surprised the bride by singing 'Brown Eyed Girl' to her from the stage while playing his mandolin accompanied by a friend on the guitar.

Thank you Matt and Alyssa for allowing us to capture so many beautiful moments for you. To the friends and family who were also so welcoming and kind to us, it was so wonderful to meet all of you!
